The staff were all excellent. Polite, friendly, helpful. I stayed there because of a surgery at Beth Israel Hospital - and the staff went out of their way to make me as comfortable as possible. Someone even stood outside in the rain to hail a cab for me! The room was smaller than I expected, but it was clean and nicely furnished.

Other than the room being a bit smaller than expected, the hotel and staff were great. I have NO complaints.
